We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer / Multi-Media Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles, video editing skills, and experience in working with different design tools. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing assets for our marketing campaigns and collaborating with our marketing and product teams to develop engaging visuals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of D.Engage's brand identity and ensure consistency across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching visuals for social media, brochures, website assets, and other marketing materials.
- Work with the product team to design product assets, including UI/UX mockups, dashboard designs, and feature icons.
- Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, including explainer videos, product demos, and tutorials.
- Conceptualize and create multimedia assets for internal and external communications.

Qualifications:
- Portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing work.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in video production and editing, including sound, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of web and social media platforms to design assets optimized for different formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
