Order Fulfillment Coordinator

At Call Centre Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a highly organized individual to process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system. The successful candidate will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.

• Process customer orders in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to order status.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Implement and optimize order processing procedures to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in ecommerce order management or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to improving processes.
• A basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.

We would like it if you also had:

• A knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping practices.
• Basic data analysis skills.

The salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
