Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective coordination and management of onsite laborers and construction workers
  • Guarantee that building materials and equipment are readily available at all times
  • Monitor and control construction expenses to ensure timely project completion
  • Coordinate daily onsite activities with the Site Manager and Project Manager
  • Liaise between clients and subcontractors/suppliers to maintain strong relationships
  • Develop and implement work schedules to optimize productivity
  • Maintain adherence to construction industry standards and safety regulations
  • Review and communicate onsite progress to management
  • Carry out regular site safety inspections
  • Prepare and present site reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Junior Site Supervisor or a similar position in finishing
  • Thorough understanding of rules and regulations governing the construction industry
  • Familiarity with basic site safety practices
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical strength and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
  • Willingness to travel to various site locations
