Janitorial Assistant

The Sanitation Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment at the SGS Randfontein Laboratory. This includes ensuring that all areas are tidy, free of clutter, and meet health and safety standards.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Empty trash and recyclables, and ensure proper disposal
• Wash and sanitize kitchen and bathroom areas
• Dust and clean office equipment and furniture
• Restock supplies and materials as needed
• Participate in deep cleaning activities as instructed by the Line Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime and shifts as required
