**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Open Pit Mining Operations Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and operational skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Execution of Planned Activities: Execute planned production activities to achieve targets.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor performance through reports, charts, graphs, studies, and visual inspections.
  • Maintenance and Administration: Ensure machinery is kept in good working condition and manage daily operations efficiently.

**Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
  • Diploma or Degree in Mining or Civil Engineering advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in open pit mining environment.
  • Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
