Job Description

Main Stream Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Strategist to join their team. As a key member of the procurement department, this role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize cost savings, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and promote sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and administration, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include conducting supplier evaluations, due diligence, and risk assessments, as well as leading supplier negotiations to obtain the best possible terms for pricing, delivery, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, due diligence, and risk assessments to identify potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to obtain the best possible terms for pricing, delivery, and quality.
  • Oversee and manage the entire procurement lifecycle, including needs identification, supplier sourcing, contract management, and performance tracking.
