The successful candidate will provide contractual expertise during pre-contract and project delivery phases, ensuring tenders, quotations, and contracts align with company policies and protecting company interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate EPC contracts, licenses, and permits.
  • Track and fulfill EPC contractual obligations.
  • Assist in drafting, negotiating, and closing subcontracts and supply agreements.
  • Support project management, risk assessment, and daily operations.
EPC Contract Management

The Contract Manager will ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements, including insurance and financing instruments. They will handle change orders, claims management, and dispute resolution, planning contractual strategy and reporting to the Project Director.

The Contract Manager will also develop and monitor contractual obligations and performance, enforcing compliance, managing breaches, and overseeing policy adherence.

O&M Contract Management

The Contract Manager will assist with HR and legal communications for GRS South Africa and maintain an annual contracts management plan.

They will develop and monitor contractual obligations and performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and protecting company interests.

Requirements
  • Economics, Business Administration, Law, or Engineering degree.
  • Advanced English C1 level.
Experience
  • 2 - 3 years of experience performing similar functions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and a proven track record in the renewable energy space.
