The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of visa applications, residency permits, and compliance matters. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing tailored immigration solutions, and ensuring timely, accurate, and successful outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of R25 000 - R30 000 per month, depending on experience. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-level advisory services in immigration law, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on South African immigration law and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage complex immigration cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Stay informed on immigration law changes and regulatory compliances.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in South African immigration law or 2 years in Labour Law.
  • Strong understanding of South African immigration policies and procedures.
  • LLB or equivalent legal qualification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and additional language skills are a plus.
