We are seeking a skilled Structural Draftsperson to join our team at Dante Personnel East Rand.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Temporary Works Design and Construction Methodology, with proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is highly advantageous, and at least five years of experience in a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop temporary works structures for construction projects
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet project requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and records
  • Contribute to quality control and assurance processes

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in Temporary Works Design and Construction Methodology
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (3D design skills an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and safety protocols

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career growth opportunities.
