About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Recruitment Administrator to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring seamless interactions with agencies and internal stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Updating HR trackers and systems, including filing HR-related documentation.
  • Liaising with agencies as the main point of contact for coordinating vacancies.
  • Screening applications, arranging calls and interviews, and logging applicants in a recruitment tracker.
  • Monitoring the dedicated People inbox, responding to candidate and staff queries, and delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Collaborating with colleagues throughout the search, selection, and placement process, providing excellent candidate care from application to feedback stage.
  • Assisting in the onboarding experience for new starters by making welcome calls, scheduling induction sessions, and being available for questions.
