About the Role
As a Site Supervisor with Jubzin Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the security team performs according to set standards. This includes safeguarding staff, customers, and property.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise a team of security officers to deliver excellent service.
  2. Train new personnel on site security procedures.
  3. Effectively manage incidents and conflicts.
  4. Conduct thorough health & safety assessments and risk evaluations.
  5. Develop and support team members in their duties.
  6. Coordinate daily staff rotations and ensure adequate break times.
  7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of site policies and standards.
  8. Regularly conduct patrols and inspections to check staff performance.
  9. Maintain accurate records of OBs, incidents, registers, and documents.
  10. Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports.
  11. Daily communication with management on all security-related matters.
  12. Continuously evaluate risks and make recommendations to the Client.
  13. Ensure contractual obligations are met as stipulated by the Client.
  14. Foster strong relationships between Jubzin Security and the Client.
  15. Submit regular incident reports as required by the Client and company.
Essential Requirements
  1. Prior supervisory experience in a similar security role.
  2. Able to lead a team effectively.
  3. Valid security industry licence or equivalent certificate of competence.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Outstanding customer service skills.
  6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Able to successfully supervise and motivate a team.
  8. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  9. Good understanding/knowledge of security operations, rules, and protocols.
  10. Able to work independently and under pressure.
