AFRISOURCE STAFFING SOLUTIONS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Artisan with a strong background in PLCs, mechanical knowledge, and a valid Wireman's License to complete COCs on prefab buildings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring that all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Working with mechanical maintenance teams
  • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Requirements:

  • 5 Years + experience as an Electrical Artisan or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Valid Wireman's License
  • Excellent understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and control panels
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Education and Experience:

  • Electrical certification or qualification
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance roles, specifically in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Valid Wireman's License
