Job Description

This role requires an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team and drive improvement in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of industrial engineering projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to production.
  3. Analyze production data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflows, improve resource allocation, and reduce costs.
  5. Design and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to industry standards.
  6. Evaluate equipment performance, recommend upgrades, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Qualifications & Requirements
  1. Masters/BA degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (essential)
  2. Proven track record of success in industrial engineering or a related field (minimum 3-5 years)
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
