Job Title: Driver Salesman

Premier is seeking a highly motivated and organized Driver Salesman to join our team. As a Driver Salesman, you will be responsible for managing cash and inventory on a daily basis, visiting customers daily on your route, and finding new business opportunities along the way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Truck Stock and Cash Management: Ensure accurate and efficient management of cash and inventory on a daily basis.
  • Customer Visits: Visit customers daily on your route to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities along your route to drive sales growth.
  • Tray Balancing: Balance trays on a daily basis to ensure efficient and safe delivery of goods.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile cash and inventory at the end of each day to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Banking: Deposit cash into the bank on a regular basis to maintain a secure and organized financial system.
  • POD Management: Return all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to the office on a daily basis.

Working Conditions: This is a pressurized environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. The role involves working 6 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as per the shift roster. You will also be required to work in alternative areas as needed by the business.
