Job Description
The analyst will work closely with the deal team to review, negotiate, and execute legal agreements related to transactions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with external legal counsel, EPC contractors, and O&M contractors to finalize project documents, preparing quarterly investor reports, and working with external compliance officers to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Additionally, the analyst will support the implementation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold an honours degree in Accounting, Finance, or Investments, with a CFA or CA(SA) qualification highly advantageous. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance is required, with experience within a small boutique investment firm advantageous.
