**Role and Responsibilities:**

  • Define the client's process flow
  • Interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation
  • Ensure the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Manage client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved
  • Ensure effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned
  • Setup and configuration of Fusion Software's application platforms
  • Provide training to clients on Fusion Software systems
  • Potential travel to clients within the country if required

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Excellent client-centricity skills and ability to work at client sites
  • Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and organizational skills
  • Excellent team-building skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to manage urgent asks simultaneously
  • Good business acumen and commercial skills

  • Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial analysis for review

**Required Experience:**

  • Moderate level project management experience, preferably in a multinational professional services environment
  • Moderate level client engagement experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle
  • Moderate level experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
  • Demonstrated business process mapping and documentation

**Advantages:**

  • 1–3 Years working experience in a Software support or implementation environment

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications:**

  • Project Management degree or equivalent with a moderate level of related experience

**Salary Range:** R20,000 - R35,000
