We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Administration Specialist to join our team at Top Talent Recruitment. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Legal Department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. Key responsibilities will include coordinating and preparing documents for meetings, circulating agreements for review and signature, updating tracker sheets to manage circulation of legal documentation, minute taking, and assisting with statutory compliance processes.
The ideal candidate will have a 3-year relevant tertiary qualification in Admin or Paralegal, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a legal environment. They must possess excellent English proficiency, good writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and WinDeed.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be responsible for creating shared meaning by clearly and confidently communicating relevant information to decision-makers in a verbal format. You will also be expected to work consistently hard to achieve deliverables and honour commitments made.
