Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Generate financial reports and statements for management review
  • Monitor and process commissions for sales staff
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education and Experience

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification such as ACCA or CIMA
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of commission structures and calculations

Working Conditions

This is an office-based role with regular working hours. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet deadlines. Interaction with sales and finance teams is expected in this fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
