Job Summary

We're seeking a results-driven and customer-focused individual to take on a Trainee Manager role. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive store environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
Requirements
  • Matric certificate
  • 2 years' experience as an Assistant/Store Manager
  • Track record of good stock take results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Results-driven and customer-focused
  • Exceptional people skills and attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
