Junior Stateroom Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stateroom Hostess to join our team on board Crystal Cruises beautifully reimagined ships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests in staterooms, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in staterooms and public areas.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Clear criminal record.
• No chronic medication and clear medical history.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or on board a luxury cruise ship preferred.
• Previous Housekeeping experience beneficial.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
