- Mentor learners through coaching and commission equipment after maintenance.
- Ensure statutory inspections on plant and equipment are done and records kept safely.
The ideal candidate must have a Matric. 2 to 3 years' experience as an Artisan in the manufacturing environment, with an extensive knowledge of fault finding. This role requires a person who can run a shift and possess good communication skills. PLC knowledge is an added advantage.
