Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Farm Manager SA. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of transactions on Pastel (Financial leases, Loans and other). You will also manage weekly cashflow and prepare payments, ensure correct procedures are followed for statutory reporting, completions of documents, submission and timeous payments, i.e., VAT, EMP201.

Key Accountabilities
  • Accurate and timely processing of transactions on Pastel (Financial leases, Loans and other)
  • Weekly cashflow management and payments preparation
  • Ensure that correct procedures are followed for statutory reporting, completions of documents, submission and timeous payments, i.e., VAT, EMP201

The successful candidate will have a BCom Degree and a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in accounting. They will also have Pastel accounting experience and be able to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.

Estimated salary: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum.
