Claims Resolution Specialist

The Claims Resolution Specialist is responsible for managing life insurance claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role involves engaging with clients, beneficiaries, and service providers to resolve claims in a smooth and empathetic manner while upholding BetterHome Group LTD's commitment to excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end claims processing for life insurance, including registration, validation, and settlement of claims.
- Ensure all claims are processed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Capture claims information accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the claims management system.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and claims processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with clients and beneficiaries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
