We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Security Specialist to join our team at DLK Group PTY Ltd. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive security support across various SAP environments and ensure adherence to governance, seamless service delivery, and exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide security support within SAP landscape, including S/4H Finance, Solution Manager, GRC, ECC, HR, BTP, SuccessFactors, HANA, and Databases.
- Assist with user/role remediation activities based on Segregation of Duties (SoD) findings across various SAP systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing required information and documentation.
- Assist with user license audits.
- Manage project initiatives and Business as Usual (BAU) support as required.
- Report to the Head of SAP Centre of Expertise (CoE) within (SGT) and maintain relationships to support SLAs and OLAs.
- Manage SAP Security JIRA requests, incident management, and prompt resolution of security and authorization issues.
- Provide support to SAP developer, functional, and Basis teams and facilitate testing for security roles during change management approval processes.
- Collaborate with process and business owners to define authorization requirements for end users.
- Ensure audit compliance in user access and Change Management processes and implement internal controls to mitigate business risks.
- Work closely with the GRC CoE for SoD remediation activities.
- Coordinate and manage regular reviews of user access, including privileged user logs and critical roles.
- Perform regular Manual Control (MCP) reviews.
- Log and manage SAP OSS calls for complex security issues and implement recommended resolutions.
- Ensure alignment with SAP CoE governance procedures and principles.
- Assist with security requirements during SAP system refreshes and upgrades.
- Serve as the SME supporting end-to-end SAP Security lifecycle processing from design to support.
- Educational Background: Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Certifications: SAP Authorizations/GRC certification is advantageous.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP Authorization Concepts, User and Role administration, S/4 HANA, HANADB, Fiori, BW Analysis Authorizations, and SAP License Administration.
- Problem-Solving: Experience troubleshooting complex security issues related to S/4 HANA, Fiori Catalogs, and Groups, Business Objects Analysis Authorizations, and Solution Manager ChaRM.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Control and Compliance requirements, Security Audit Cycles, SAP GRC Access Controls, Emergency Access Management, and Risk Analysis Remediation.
- Business Processes: In-depth understanding of business processes and system Change Management procedures.
- SAP Modules: Knowledge of SAP Modules FI, CO, MM, IM, SD, PM, MDG, and key business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Report to Close, and related workflow approval functionality.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of SAP Authorizations experience with involvement in at least 2 full life cycle implementations. Cloud experience is beneficial.
- Specializations: Experience with HANADB Privileges, S/4H security/authorizations, and SAP BW Analysis Authorizations is advantageous.
We are looking for a highly responsible, self-driven, and capable individual with excellent client orientation and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel, Word, and Visio, is required. Experience with Solution Manager, JIRA, and Confluence is beneficial. The ability to manage competing priorities and changing requirements is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Resilience and effectiveness under pressure are essential qualities for this role.
