Requirements
  • Matric Certificate - (Grade 12 or equivalent).
  • A Diploma or Degree in ICT Security, ICT Risk, Cyber Security or relevant field will be beneficial.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Essential Experience and Knowledge
  • Minimum of 3/5 years ICT Security or Cyber Security experience (minimum of 3 years in Cyber Security a must).
  • Proven experience as a Cyber Security Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, tools, and techniques.
  • CISM, CISA, CRISC or CISSP Certification advantageous.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms.
  • Experience or knowledge of SOC solutions.
  • Knowledge of Data Backup solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
