Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training needs analysis with departmental leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training plans that align with business objectives.
- Manage training budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
- Liaise with external training providers to deliver on training needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate legislative training for employees to maintain a high level of awareness and compliance.
- Design and maintain skills matrices for all employees to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure system compliance and skills development uploads to maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain training documentation to support ongoing learning and development.
- Support the design of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Coordinate competency declaration and facilitate courses within skills set scope.
- Follow-up, evaluate, and provide feedback on training to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support operational teams with succession planning to ensure a smooth transition of roles and responsibilities.
- Participate in ISO and compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide information for WSP, ATR, BBBEE, and EE submissions to support business growth and development.
- Manage talent and skills learner programs to develop future leaders and enhance organizational capabilities.
