Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Workforce Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Manage the front desk operation, including checking guests in and out, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and exceed expectations.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hospitality reception role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
High level of proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
