Job Description
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
  • Work on assigned projects to enhance vehicle functionality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team of assistant mechanics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential.

A certification in automotive repair or a related field is preferred, but not required. The ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs, as well as operate equipment and tools involved in vehicle repair, is crucial.

In addition, the successful candidate must be able to lift heavy equipment and vehicle parts, and pass required bus driver safety training.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with experience in off-road and 4x4 vehicles.
  • Two years of experience as a mechanic.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Certification in automotive repair or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs.
  • Ability to operate equipment and tools involved in vehicle repair.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and vehicle parts.
