Toolroom Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Toolroom Manager to lead our mould shop operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in toolmaking and management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the mould shop, ensuring efficient and effective management of tooling and manufacturing processes.

• Supervise a team of toolmakers and mould shop staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• 15-20 years of tooling experience and 5-10 years of management experience.

• Qualified Toolmaker specialized in Plastic Injection moulds.

• N5 and N6 Engineering or equivalent qualifications.

• Several years of professional experience in the area of toolmaking, new mould building, and maintenance of injection moulds.

Preferred Skills:

• MS Office.

• MS PWA or MS Projects Professional or similar project planning software.

• Experience with CAD/CAM solutions (ideally Solid Works, EdgeCAM, Master Cam).
