Job Description

At PlaceTalent, we are seeking a highly skilled Company Secretary Role to provide expert support to our governance activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and decision registers for meetings.
  • Assist with trustee and director appointments, and liaise with service providers for annual reports.
  • Support governance activities, including policy reviews and interest register maintenance.
  • Coordinate funding applications, maintain registers, and handle internal communications for projects and trusts.

Requirements:

  • Relevant legal qualification with 3-5 years of practical experience.
  • Proficient in Afrikaans and English, with excellent minute-taking and business writing skills.
  • Dictaphone typing experience and strong organizational abilities.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office programs, with experience in Adobe Bookmark system preferred.
