Required Skills and Qualifications
- Pharmacology knowledge and nursing record-keeping skills.
- Nursing processes and procedures, as well as computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Relevant nursing legislation and infection prevention and control measures.
- Scientific nursing principles and process, including audit patient records and patient assessment skills.
- Develop or modify nursing care plans, scope of practice for nurse practitioners, and ACLS/ATLS/PALS training for specialized wards.
- Risk identification and analysis skills, as well as basic life support training and mentorship capabilities.
