To lead the engineering processes at New World Personnel Consultants, ensuring that customer needs are met while maintaining safety standards and achieving operational excellence targets.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Repair, maintenance, and upkeep of Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Instrumentation, Utilities, and Site Facilities.
  2. General machinery regulations compliance.
  3. Energy management to ensure consumption targets are maintained.
  4. Site security and cleaning.
  5. Lead various engineering teams.
  6. Develop and execute a proactive maintenance and repair program to keep production equipment and facilities at a high level of serviceability.
  7. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
  8. Develop cost estimates for projects and maintenance work.
  9. Ensure OEM standards are adhered to on all machinery.
  10. Monitor energy usage continuously.
  11. Oversee outsourced Security, Cleaning, and Gardening functions.
  12. Develop an Engineering Strategy outlining key focus areas.
  13. Document planned major maintenance and repairs interventions and projects.
  14. Develop clear short- and long-term action plans to address variances and achieve strategic business goals.
  15. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, and environment legislation and audit requirements.
