Your key responsibilities will be:
- To efficiently register and process motor and non-motor claims, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to relevant insurers
- To coordinate with assessors, ensure timely assessments, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the claims process
- To clarify reasons for claim rejections or partial settlements and communicate these effectively to clients
You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
