- Provide detailed product information and advice to customers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels of truck parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep up-to-date with new product offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years proven experience in truck parts sales / counter sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of truck parts and their applications.
- Commercial Dealership experience required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using sales and inventory management software.
- Kerridge / Pinnacle or similar experience would be beneficial.
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Certification in automotive or truck parts (adv).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literate
- Drivers license
