Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to provide professional and efficient supply chain support to Operations, enabling Tsebo and Client Assurance, and delivering in-scope Service and contract Commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collate all supplier documentation accurately and timeously.
  2. Maintain an effective control over all suppliers and adhere to company policies, procedures, and general accounting practices.
  3. Ensure an efficient administration function in the Financial Department.
  4. Collate and record all pass-through costs invoices.
  5. Produce a monthly summary of all pass-through costs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong attention to detail.
