About the Job:
  We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our client's team in Bloemfontein. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  Key Responsibilities:
  The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site personnel, coordinating materials, and implementing quality control measures. You will also need to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  Salary Range: R900,000 - R1,500,000 per annum
  Requirements:
  To be considered for this role, you must have a degree or diploma in building, 8-15 years of experience in the construction industry, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
