Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Sample Registrar, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sample management processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and packing samples for shipment to our laboratory in Midrand or other branches.
  • Receiving and logging samples for distribution to local and international subcontractors.
  • Packing samples to maintain their integrity and cold chain during transit.
  • Booking local and international couriers, while adhering to International Trade Compliance procedures.
  • Compiling testing order forms for laboratories within required timeframes.
  • Ensuring international subcontracting courier documentation is accurately logged on global tracking sheets.
  • Liaising with local and international laboratories.
  • Preparing purchase orders for every sample subcontracted.
  • Updating all tracking sheets with relevant information.
  • Performing electronic filing and general administrative duties.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as high attention to detail. A background in logistics, particularly international courier experience, would be advantageous. Proficiency in Google Sheets and systems is also required.
