We are seeking a Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Century 21 Wildlife Properties in Hoedspruit. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for securing listings and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new listings through negotiation and deal-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Utilize bilingual skills (English and Afrikaans) to effectively communicate with clients
  • Work independently with high energy levels and self-motivation

The ideal candidate will have a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and/or NQF4 qualification. A good track record in securing listings and experience in real estate is highly advantageous. Remuneration is commission-based, making this an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals.

Estimated Salary: R300,000 - R500,000 per annum
