About this Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of equipment and technologies, while building quality assurance skills through on-the-job learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement breakthrough technologies, commission new equipment, and conduct Factory acceptance testing and Process Validation.
- Continuously improve laboratory processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop quality assurance skills and apply them in real-world scenarios.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Action Oriented – proactive and self-motivated to take on new opportunities and learn quickly.
- Organizational Skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Problem Solving – ability to identify and solve problems before they occur.
- Interpersonal savvy – able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Informing – confident communication skills to reinforce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Health & Safety procedures.
- Perseverance – driven and resilient in the face of challenges.
Education / Certifications:
- Studying towards or have a Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Consumer Science, Microbiology, or Analytical Chemistry.
