- Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts and related documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in contract management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
