Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time IT Administrator with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint knowledge, experience, and understanding to join our team.

As our IT Administrator, you will collaborate with our teams to maintain, develop, and update our Microsoft 365 and SharePoint services.

You will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's IT infrastructure by utilizing automation and design to improve our existing Microsoft 365 workflows and SharePoint sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office 365 Administration:
    • Manage Office 365 accounts, including provisioning, license allocation, and access controls
    • Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance organizational procedures
    • Monitor and maintain Office 365 performance and availability via Intune
    • Configure and troubleshoot applications like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
    • Ensure data integrity and security through backups and compliance policies
  • SharePoint Management:
    • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries
    • Evaluate and ensure optimal performance, security, and tailored solutions for departmental needs
    • Provide user support for permissions, workflows, and customizations
    • Troubleshoot errors and manage updates or integrations
    • Monitor SharePoint usage and deliver targeted IT training to enhance user proficiency
  • IT Helpdesk Support:
    • Act as the primary contact for IT inquiries
    • Resolve hardware, software, and network issues
    • Maintain detailed documentation and a ticketing system
    • Escalate complex issues as needed
    • Provide user training on IT tools and best practices
    • Perform system maintenance and updates for end-user devices and peripherals
    • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
    • Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking and procurement
    • Provide technical support for remote employees
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Provide administrative support across other organization systems
    • Include but not limited to Zoho One, BreatheHR, and Xero

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft 365 services and applications
  • Including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and Defender
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate and PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance features within Microsoft 365
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
