About the Role

We are looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Cape Town. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and messages with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to and resolve customer enquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
  2. Handle a variety of customer requests, including balance inquiries, account closures, settlement offers, and more.
  3. Negotiate payment arrangements and support outbound agents with necessary correspondence.
  4. Follow up to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an inbound customer care role, ideally within a collections or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with collections systems (a plus).
  • A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
  • High levels of integrity and a team player.
