A minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive service industry is required, preferably in a technical role or as a service advisor. A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) is necessary, along with a valid, unendorsed driver's license. Computer literacy, knowledge of dealership policies and procedures, and basic mathematical ability are essential. Multilingualism, particularly in languages spoken across the area and customer base, is also required.
