Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions based on customer requirements documents.
  • Provide technical leadership to customers on the configured solution as the subject matter expert.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Function as the Tungsten Automation Corporation subject matter expert when onsite at customer locations.
  • Develop automation solutions independently based on customer requirements.
  • Document all customer-specific configurations.
  • Install configured solutions in customer environments when not implementing cloud or SaaS solutions.

This role requires a high level of expertise in automation configuration and customization, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
