We are seeking a talented Graduate Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.
  • Supporting the deployment and management of cloud-based applications and services.
  • Monitoring and optimizing cloud resources to ensure performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, security, and cloud native services.
  • Collaborating with senior engineers and team members to implement best practices and security measures.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of cloud migration projects.
  • Learning and staying up-to-date on cloud technologies and trends.
  • Providing technical support and assistance to internal feature teams or clients using cloud services.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Computer Science or a related field with basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, and relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
  2. South African Citizenship.
  3. A maximum of two years' work experience.
  4. A minimum of 60% average over all years of study.
