You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure that our inventory levels are accurately maintained and that our suppliers are delivering high-quality goods and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying back-up documentation against purchase summaries;
  • Inputting invoices and credit/debit notes into Accounts Payable;
  • Preparing payment requests and submitting them to the Financial Manager and General Manager for signature/payment;
  • Reconciling supplier statements against invoices and credit/debit notes;
  • Ensuring timely payments and obtaining settlement discounts wherever available;
  • Maintaining the integrity of our procurement platform;
  • Assisting with audit requirements at year-end;
