We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Latitude Resource. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the creditors book, processing PODs, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have experience in credit clerk or finance/administration roles and possess strong math and accounting skills. A matric certificate with math and accounting subjects is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creditors book, including processing all PODs and matching them to the correct load
  • Maintain a tracking schedule to ensure timely receipt of PODs from transporters
  • Receive packages and scan supplier invoices and PODs
  • Reconcile suppliers as required by the Assistant Accountant
  • Request PODs via email and phone calls
Requirements
  • Matric certificate with math and accounting subjects
  • Credit clerk or finance/administration experience
