Job Title: Multimedia Designer and Rollout Art Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer and Rollout Art Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and producing multimedia content for various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media, presentations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos that meet our brand's high standards.
  • Create and manipulate images, logos, icons, and other graphic elements to ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across different media.
  • Edit and produce video content, which may include photography, cinematography, recording, editing, adding special effects, and optimizing for different platforms.
  • Design and create animations and motion graphics to enhance user experience or convey information effectively.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to integrate multimedia elements into user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Develop interactive elements like buttons, menus, and multimedia features to enhance user engagement.
  • Edit and integrate audio elements such as voiceovers, sound effects, and music into multimedia projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in multimedia design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent graphic design and art direction skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in video editing and animation software.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles (optional but beneficial).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creativity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in multimedia design, graphic design, video production, or related fields is often preferred.
