IntelliStaff is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Food Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of high-volume banquet events, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with our event management team to plan and execute banquet events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff, providing training and guidance where necessary to ensure high service standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, ensuring availability during events and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Guest Service: Handle guest requests, concerns, and special requirements professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
- Staff Performance: Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and high service standards.
- Financial Management: Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor costs within budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Banquet or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
