Cecile Personnel (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Consultant to join our team.

About the Role:
As an Intellectual Property Consultant, you will play a critical role in handling specialized intellectual property matters, including trade mark, copyright, and anti-counterfeiting cases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client referrals and assist NMA IP in handling specialized IP matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on IP protection, enforcement, and registration.
• Work closely with NMA IP to ensure seamless client service and case management.

Requirements:
• Must be an admitted Attorney specializing in Intellectual Property Law.
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Anti-Counterfeiting Law, Copyright Law, or Foreign Trademark Management.
• Existing client base with potential IP needs.
• Strong legal knowledge in trademark prosecution, enforcement, and brand protection strategies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with NMA IP.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
